Our Legacy, Our Future
When we become parents we choose to lay a foundation for our children – whether intentionally or unintentionally. The foundation can be soft and crumble with time, or it can be firm, withstanding the storms of life. First Corinthians 3:10 encourages us: “According to the grace of God given to me, like a skilled master builder I laid a foundation, and someone else is building upon it…” The foundation we lay will be built upon. It will be tested throughout our children’s lives. Are you laying a firm foundation? Together, we can solidify one that will remain standing through wind or hail, rain or shine. Educator Matt Whitling once said, “Raising kids is a timed event with eternal consequences.” The foundation you lay truly matters.
The Lord has been gracious to the partnership between Providence and Union. We look on the past four years with gratitude for the gift of shared space that Union Church and Eldorado Baptist Church have graciously given. Now, as we look to the future, we see independence, growth, and hands willing to serve our students and community from the heart of Tifton.
We are in the process of meeting the immediate, mid-term, and long-term needs of our students and the Tifton community. The excellent Christ-centered, classical education that Providence provides to the Tifton community will change lives now and for years into the future. The permanency of owning our building will allow us to meet the increasing demands of our city.

At 508 Main St. in downtown, you will see the future of education for our community. This 10,000-square-foot building provides the space to meet current classroom needs and to expand through 12th grade in future years, including areas for art, music, and science labs.
Our Founding Families gave for Providence to begin in 2020. Now it’s our turn! Will you join us? We are asking everyone to prayerfully consider investing in a permanent home for Providence School of Tifton – in the heart of downtown. This $1,000,000 project will require a significant commitment from our families and community to become a reality. Every prayer counts. Every dollar counts. We are grateful and humbled by your support!
