Your enrollment packet must be submitted within two weeks of receiving your acceptance letter. The Admissions office will send you an email with a link to complete the enrollment process. Please read this email in its entirety and complete each step. You will be required to create a new account. (The account you currently have was only to submit your application; nothing more.) Some items that you will complete during enrollment are:

• Family information, including grandparents
• Authorized Pickup
• Emergency Contacts
• Medical Conditions/Allergies & Sensitivities
• Media Release
• Tuition Payment Plan

Health Documents

You are required to submit a copy of your student(s) birth certificate, social security card, and current immunization record (Form 3231) or exemption prior to their first day of school. Please upload these during enrollment or email them to admissions@providencetift.com with your student(s) name in the subject line.

Uniforms

Order your student(s) uniforms from Land’s End. View Uniform Guidelines here. In future years we hope to have used uniforms for resale. *If your child is in Jr. Kindergarten, you may order from French Toast using these guidelines.

Summer Reading

All students are encouraged to participate in our Summer Reading Program. Please print Summer Reading Log(s) for you to keep records. These are turned in on the first day of school. Students who completed the minimum requirements will be recognized on Dedication Night.

• Jr. Kindergarten and Kindergarten: Students should read or have books read to them at least 15 minutes per day.
• Class 1 and 2: Students should read three books in any series.
• Class 3 through 6: Students must read the book(s) assigned by their teacher.
• Classes 7 through 10: Students must read the book(s) assigned by their teacher.
