Accepted Students

Congratulations and welcome to the Providence family! Once you have been offered acceptance, please use the list below to ensure that you are ready for the first day of school.


District Code: PS-GA

The Admissions office will send you an email with a link to complete the enrollment process. Please read this email in its entirety and complete each step. You will be required to create a new account. (The account you currently have was only to submit your application; nothing more.) Some items that you will complete during enrollment are:

  • Family information, including grandparents
  • Authorized Pickup
  • Emergency Contacts
  • Medical Conditions/Allergies & Sensitivities
  • Media Release
  • Tuition Payment Plan

You must also pay the $350 Enrollment Fee (billed separately).

Health Documents

You are required to submit a copy of your student(s) birth certificate, social security card, and current immunization record (Form 3231) or exemption prior to their first day of school. Please upload these during enrollment or email them to with your student(s) name in the subject line.


Order your student(s) uniforms from Land’s End. View Uniform Guidelines here. In future years we hope to have used uniforms for resale. *If your child is in K3 or K4, you may order from French Toast using these guidelines.


Curriculum Fees are invoiced on May 15. You must pay your student(s) curriculum fee by June 1. Fees vary by grade. Visit our Affordability page to view your grade level fee.

Summer Reading

All students entering first through sixth grades are encouraged to participate in our Summer Reading Program. Please print Summer Reading Log(s) (available May 15) for you to keep records. These are turned in on the first day of school. Students who completed the minimum requirements will be recognized on Dedication Night. Check back by May 15 for a list of recommended books per grade level.

  • Entering first through third grade students should read a total of 12 hours (720 minutes).
  • Entering fourth through eight grade students should read a total of 15 hours (900 minutes).
