Congratulations and welcome to the Providence family! Once you have been offered acceptance, please use the list below to ensure that you are ready for the first day of school. Remember, you are not enrolled until your enrollment packet has been submitted and financial arrangements have been made with the office.

Your enrollment packet must be submitted within two weeks of receiving your acceptance letter. The Admissions office will send you an email with a link to complete the enrollment process. Please read this email in its entirety and complete each step. You will be required to create a new account. (The account you currently have was only to submit your application; nothing more.) Some items that you will complete during enrollment are:
- Family information, including grandparents
- Authorized Pickup
- Emergency Contacts
- Medical Conditions/Allergies & Sensitivities
- Media Release
- Tuition Payment Plan
Health Documents
You are required to submit a copy of your student(s) birth certificate, social security card, and current immunization record (Form 3231) or exemption prior to their first day of school. Please upload these during enrollment or email them to office@providencetift.com with your student(s) name in the subject line.
Uniforms
Order your student(s) uniforms from Land’s End or French Toast. View Uniform Guidelines here. In future years we hope to have used uniforms for resale.
Summer Reading
All students are encouraged to participate in our Summer Reading Program. Please print Summer Reading Log(s) for you to keep records. These are turned in on the first day of school. Students who complete the minimum requirements will be recognized on Dedication Night.
School Supplies
The school provides textbooks, printed materials, and daily supplies. A separate classroom supply list is provided prior to the first day of school, which details other items which the student may provide. The cost of basic supplies is included in the student’s tuition.
Calendar
Our 2024-2025 School Calendar has been finalized, but Please note that while we will make every effort to keep changes minimal, Providence Administration reserves the right to modify the event schedule according to the best interest of the school. We encourage you to add all mandatory events to your personal calendar to ensure you never miss an event!
