Providence understands the great responsibility that teachers have to train the minds and souls of tomorrow. We are actively searching for teachers who are hungry, humble, and smart. Our teachers are set apart in their education and continued pursuit of the good, true, and beautiful. We train our teachers from the ground up in classical Christian education, including:

• Subject and teacher-specific annual training at Repairing the Ruins, an international conference hosted by the Association of Classical and Christian Schools (ACCS). The ACCS also holds Providence’s membership and provides accreditation for classical Christian schools.
• Trauma-informed and Equipping Minds professional development training
• Core training in the Foundations of Classical Christian Excellence (FCCE) prepares each teacher to obtain Level 1 Certification as a classical educator.

Full-time grammar, logic, and rhetoric teachers at Providence are offered a salary, retirement benefits, tuition discounts, and ongoing professional development training.

Part-time teachers receive resources, professional development training, and an hourly pay rate or independent salary.
